We not only Destroyed PHYSICAL Health but MENTAL Health 2.0

The Mental Heath we speak of today is NOTHING Like what we spoke of before. But since we connect NOTHING to NOTHING in our "fast/easy" LAZY life we are OBLIVIOUS. THIS Depression is REAL DESPIR and HOPLESSNESS. When I suffered from "depression" it was easy to know it was the brain not working properly. NOTHING would have changed no death or job loss yet I could become totally depressed. Brain disfunction is TOTALLY different than seeing the world in the mess it is in .. and wanting to jump off a balcony. When you are SMART and you see nothing is RIGHT with the world you become despairing of any decent future! This is NOT the Mental illness that was a PHYSICAL brain disease like a heart or lung malfunctioning! I always HARED mental illness since it is no different than ANY OTHER part of your body not working well. WHY was there a stigma. That stigma should be TOTALLY GONE TODAY! Do you think anyone who is a THINKER Right brain SEEING our mistakes and blindness to BIG problems .. would NOT be depressed. STUPID is the new Smart! if you are smart you SEE the mess we have made of our HUMAN Family and HOME and you feel TOTAL Despair. But it feels hospitals and research just do the same old find profitable bandaids. Next thing OZEMPIC will be for depression. (You are just depressed because you gained weight) 🤪 

Let's support each other .. even listening to how we feel and seeing other feel the same .. is a great help!! Let's Show the MENTAL Illness people HOW IT IS REALLY done! Support nurtures our feeling of connection, belonging and feeling VALUED. It makes all the difference in our HUMAN VALUE Accounting system. TOGETHER we make our Stock exchange vale INCREASE. A smile can make someone's day. It does not just ADD it MULTIPLIES! I told a Tim's girl I hope they know if we Geta coffee from them PLUS A SMILE our day is off to a great start. Actually now I forget how inside it but it was GOOD because she was beaming and said I made her day. I guess have not talked to this many people since my NYC Phial and buffalo days. I am discovering there are also NOCE HUMANS Here! My spirit and energy always was awesome in America. But there are good humans EVERYWHERE. I am learning most countries are more NORMAL .. but especially with Trump America is bringing everybody down. (Canada has never before exhibited much pride .. before Trump's attacks.)
